Returns
Return requests are reviewed based on the item, its condition and the status of the order.
Before returning an item
Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Keep your order reference available when requesting a return.
Item condition
Items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging and tags where applicable. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and reviewed. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
