Products & sizing
Product-specific size charts on the product page take priority over general sizing guidance. Apparel designs may include several Garment Types, each with its own available sizes.
Customization
Selected products support Customization such as name, number or text. Enter customization exactly as you want it produced and review the product options before checkout.
Shipping & tracking
Available shipping methods, pricing and estimated delivery information are shown during checkout. After fulfillment, use the Track order page and the tracking link sent for your shipment.
Returns & order help
Eligibility depends on the product and order status. Personalized or made-to-order items may have different return conditions. Use the Contact page with your order number for case-specific help.
Wishlist
Wishlist saves products in your current browser. When you reopen the wishlist, BRAAP refreshes live product pricing and availability.
